Zero-Tolerance Policy
At Nevada Surgical, we have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes disruptive behavior by patients or staff. Nevada Surgical prohibits disrupting, interfering with, or preventing normal work functions of our staff, making physical or verbal threats, or endangering the health or safety of any individual.
Disruptive behaviors include yelling, using profanity, waving arms or fists, verbally abusing others, and/or refusing reasonable requests for information. If a patient exhibits any of these types of behavior they will immediately be asked to leave the facility, be reported to the authorities, and then discharged from the practice. Nevada Surgical reserves the right to discharge any patient who acts in the above manner.
If you have a problem, concern, or suggestion about our office, staff or providers; our Practice Manager will be happy to discuss it with you in a professional manner. We strive to provide you with the best possible care, in a safe, non-threatening environment. Thank you, Nevada Surgical
