This SMS Terms & Conditions page describes Nevada Surgical's text messaging program, "Nevada Surgical SMS Alerts." By opting in to receive text messages from Nevada Surgical, you agree to these terms.

The Program

Nevada Surgical SMS Alerts is an informational and customer-care text messaging program. Messages may include responses to your inquiries, customer support communications, service-related updates, and follow-up regarding a request you have submitted to us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How You Opt In

You opt in by submitting your information through the Nevada Surgical website form and checking the optional SMS consent box. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and consent is not required to submit the form or to receive services. You will not receive text messages unless you check the box.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week while a request or inquiry is active.

Cost

Msg & Data Rates May Apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out / Help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. After you send "STOP," we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-join, sign up as you did the first time, or contact us directly at (775) 829-7999 or info@nevadasurgical.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other major carriers.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
